What’s Included in Your Cabin

Your cabin or chalet includes:

  • Sheets, towels, linens
  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • Cable TV/VCR
  • Charcoal or gas grill
  • Fireplace
  • Heating and air conditioning
  • Initial supply of toilet paper

In addition, some units may include:

  • Washer and dryer
  • Jacuzzi or garden tub
  • Multiple TVs
  • CD player
  • Satellite dish

Check-In & Check-Out Times

Check-In: After 4:00 PM
Early check-ins are not allowed under any circumstances, as cleaning crews need adequate time to prepare cabins after previous guests.

Check-Out: Before 10:00 AM
Please check out on time so that housekeeping can prepare for incoming guests. If you check out late, a full daily rate will be charged to your credit card. We offer keyless entry and self-check-in, including late-night arrivals.

Payment Policy

  • 2-night minimum stay required
  • 3–5 night minimum during holidays or October
  • $20 non-refundable reservation fee for all reservations
  • Full balance must be paid at arrival or before 5 PM the following day
  • If the balance is not received by 5 PM the next day, a 10% surcharge will be added
  • No refunds for early departures
  • Rental charges + state & local tax may be paid with:
    • Cash
    • Traveler’s checks
    • VISA
    • MasterCard
    • Discover
  • No personal checks accepted
  • Rates are subject to change

A credit card must be on file for all reservations

Deposit Requirements

A 50% deposit of your stay, plus half of the state tax, is charged to your credit card to confirm your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

  • 1–2 bedroom cabins: 2-week cancellation notice required
  • 3 bedrooms or larger: 30-day notice required
  • Cancellations made within required notice periods incur:
    • 10% fee
    • $100 deposit fee
  • Cancellations with less than full notice receive no refund
  • No refunds for early departure

Maid Service

  • Rates include departure-only maid service
  • Excessive cleaning may result in added charges
  • We are not responsible for any items left behind

Age Requirement

Cabins may be rented by responsible adults ages 21 and older only.

Maximum Occupancy

The number of guests in your reservation must match the number occupying the unit. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.

Pet Policy

We are not pet-friendly. Violations result in:

  • Immediate eviction with no refund
  • $150 cleaning fee

Winter Months

During winter, chains or 4-wheel drive are recommended. No refunds are issued due to weather conditions. Driveways are not plowed.

Refund Policy

We cannot guarantee that all amenities, appliances, or equipment will work 100% of the time.
No refunds or adjustments will be issued for:

  • Mechanical difficulties
  • Power outages
  • Unreported problems
  • Other unforeseen issues

Guests will be charged for unnecessary service calls if a repairman finds no problem.

Telephones

Most cabins do not have phones.

Fire Safety

To prevent forest fires:

  • No fireworks allowed
  • Do not remove coals from fireplaces or grills
  • Never add charcoal lighter to the fireplace
  • Keep fireplace doors closed when in use
  • Do not discard cigarette butts outdoors

Damage Policy

Our cabins are privately owned second homes.
Please care for them as you would your own.
The reservation holder is responsible for:

  • All damages
  • Missing items
  • Moving furniture, pool tables, grills, or satellite dishes

Charges will be applied immediately to the credit card on file.

Trash Removal

Please remove all trash from the cabin and place it in the designated outdoor garbage containers. Always secure the lid to prevent bears, raccoons, and other wildlife from accessing the trash. Improper disposal endangers the animals and the environment.

  • Trash bags
  • Toilet paper
  • Paper towels
  • Bath soap
  • Coffee & coffee filters
  • Charcoal & lighter fluid
  • Kleenex
  • Salt, pepper, spices, condiments
  • Aluminum foil
  • Blender
  • Iron & ironing board
  • Kindling or newspaper (for seasonal fires)
  • Disposable plates, cups, and utensils if preferred

Hot Tub Rules

  • Do not use bath oils or bubble bath
    • Filter replacement cost: $35
  • Do not sit or stand on hot tub lids
    • Lid replacement cost: $350
  • Do not alter mechanical settings

Repair charges will be billed to the credit card on file.
